LI Heat Fastpitch is dedicated to the development of young women as student athletes. Our teams play at a highly competitive level throughout the Northeast, facing some of the best competition available. In recent years the organization has steadily grown into a major name in fastpitch softball. Since taking over LI Heat in 2019, Coach Rob Aplin has guided over 50 of his athletes into fulfilling their dreams of playing D1, D2 and D3 college softball. Along with his many years of softball experience he has built an outstanding reputation in the softball community.
